Program structure
How the program runs
Cohort 0 runs for 12 weeks in three cycles of four weeks. In weeks 1 to 3 of each cycle, founders do the work. In week 4, they review it with an independent advisor. Each cycle ends at a gate.

Cycle 1, weeks 1 to 4: Pain
Is the problem real, and do customers feel it?

Cycle 2, weeks 5 to 8: Commitment
Will customers act, and is there proof they will pay?
Gate 3
Cycle 3, weeks 9 to 12: Path
Is there a credible way to grow this into a real business?
Gate outcomes
- Pass
- The evidence supports moving on.
- Conditional
- One named task is still open. The founder completes it early in the next cycle.
- Hold
- The core task is repeated with support, and the program team reviews whether to continue.
At week 12
Each founder receives a written recommendation: proceed, proceed with named changes, or stop and redirect.
